Justin Morgan - Head  Media/Entertainment Production

Mr. Morgan brings years of commercial and broadcast production experience. His works for HBO in their Creative services department and every major NYC advertising production lends vast experience and assets to Virtual Xchange. Experience includes assisting with administrative, and on-set utility work in both art and camera departments, on a wide range of A-list union and non-union projects on print, broadcast, and internet content (pre-post production)


Seyi Adebayo-Olubi - ED – Business Development

Dr. Seyi is a respected entrepreneur with a proven gift for business development, strategy  and marketing who started his first business at age 16. A fully qualified medical doctor, his rich breadth of business experience spans several sectors from entertainment to real estate, energy, retail and HR management. Seyi, an alumnus of the FATE foundation, Nigeria has a track record of delivering innovative solutions that leverage existing resources to provide maximum value.


Stella Emmanuel  - Director, Virtual Xchange Property Development Limited

With a Masters in Business Administration from IESE Business School, Navarra, Spain, Stella has 19 years of prior experience in banking covering Corporate, Commercial and Retail Banking as well as Internal Controls and Audit. Prior positions she has held were as Assistant General Manager/Head, Consumer Finance, First Bank of Nigeria and subsequently General Manager/Head, Lending Standard Chartered Bank, Nigeria. She has attended various professional development programs within and outside Nigeria including The Executive Management Programme at Stanford University, USA and Profiting from Lending to Small Businesses at the World Bank, Washington DC.


She is currently undergoing a Doctorate in Business Administration from the International School of Management, Paris. She brings on board her wealth of financial management and business development skills having been a major change agent and led re-engineering teams in her past experiences working with key players in the financial services and real estate development sectors. She is also involved in charity work through a Not-for-Profit organisation – The True Health Foundation which she founded to provide financial assistance for medical treatment costs for indigent persons.


Adeola Adewunmi -VP – Marketing

Adeola was born in New York USA to Ambassador & Mrs. Olufemi Fowora, Primary School Education in Senegal, Nigeria & Australia. Secondary & University in the UK, St Brandon’s School & DeMontfort University respectively). She studied Pharmacy and upon graduation and Retail Pharmacy practice in the UK returned to Nigeria. She worked at Smithkline Beecham for 1 year and left practice to start her own publishing outfit called Bookworm Ltd. Adeola has been in the publishing industry and book trade for 17 years to date and has a vast wealth of media experience therefrom. Adeola mentors at the Fate Foundation and is the educational consultant for Sail Harbour Foundation, an NGO in the Badagry area of Lagos State where one of the focus areas is in the rehabilitation of primary schools in Ajo-Ajo and Moba townships. She is also the current Lady Member on the committee of the Lagos Motor Boat Club.
